Chadalavada:- Chadala Kutumba Rao popularly known as Chadalavada was a very popular comedian and also a character actor of Tollywood. He used to act in stage plays  before entering into films. He started his film career with the film “Tahsildar” in the year 1944. He acted in many movies. He is very popular in the movies for a familiar accent.  He is popular for his role as Lambu in the movie “Maya Bazaar” released in 1957. He also sang a song in the movie “Palletooru” released in the year 1952. Some of the notable movies are “Aada Paduchu” , “Appu Chesi Pappu Koodu”, ”Bharya Bhartalu”, “Maaya Bazaar”, “ Todi Kodallu”,  “Ardhangi”, “Kanya Sulakam”. “Jayabheri”, “ Pelli Naati Pramanalu”. He was in the film industry for  two decades. This comedian died in the year 1968.

Vangara:– Vangara Venkata Subbaiah, who is popularly known as Vangara was a great comedian and character artist of early Telugu Cinema. He was born on 24^th November 1897  in Sangam Jaragalamudi near Tenali, Andhra Pradesh. He started acting in the plays at the age of four.  His first play  was ‘Chitranaleeyam’ in 1901.He worked as a teacher before entering into films. He started his acting career in Tolywood with the movie “Balayogini” released in the year 1936. He acted in more than 100 movies.  He also joined the Rama Vilasa Sabha in Tenali and acted in many stage plays. He acted in various roles. He is known for his role as Sastry in the movie “Maaya Bazaar” released in 1957. Some of his notable movies are “Kanya Sulakam”, “Maaya Bazaar”, “Paramanandayya Sishula Katha”, “Tenali Ramakrishna”, Donga Ramudu”, “Mangalya Balam”, ”Nartanasala” and many more.

Padmanabham:- Basavaraju Venkata Padmanabha Rao familiarly known as Padmanbham  was a great comedian,  director and producer of Tollywood. He was born on 20^th August 1931 at Simhadripuram, Kadapa district in Andhra Pradesh. He was the son of Basavaraju Venkata Seshaiah and Santhanam. He worked as a theater artist before entering into films. He started his film career as an actor with the movie “Mayalokam” released in 1945.  The director Gudavalli Rambramham introduced him to the film industry. He was very popular for his comedy roles in many movies.  He acted with many top heroes of those days. He was known to his dialogue delivery. He was famous for his comic expressions. He used to essay any role with ease. He acted in nearly 70 movies. The actress Geethanjali is paired opposite to him in many movies.  Some of his notable films are “Patala Bhairavi”, “Jayasimha”, “Appu Chesi Pappu Koodu”, “Dr.Chakravarthy”, “Chaduvukunna Ammayilu”, “Devatha”, “ Potti Pleader’, “Paramanandayya Shisyula Katha”, “Poola Rangadu”, “Naatakaala Rayudu”, “Dasara Bullodu”, “Sri Rajeswari Vilas Coffee Club”,  “ Bramhachari”. “Letha Manasulu”. This great comedian didn’t receive any award for his comic roles. This great actor left the world on 20^th February 2010 at Chennai at the age of 78 years.
