Jr.NT Rama Rao, fondly called as Jr. NTR or Young tiger sometimes, is one of the finest actors of today in the tollywood film industry. He has starred in as many as 23 films as a lead actor till today. Being the grandson of yesteryear’s matinee idol N.T.Rama Rao, Jr.NTR inherited not just his looks but also his exceptional acting skills. Not many may know that he is a trained kuchipudi dancer who has given a number of performances not just locally but also internationally.This explains his outstanding dancing skills in his movies for which he is known popularly.
Jr.NTR acted in two movies as a child artist one of which was Ramayanam where he played the role of Lord Rama and the other one was Brahmarshi Vishwamitra. He began acting in tollywood movies as a lead star with the movie ‘Ninnu chudalani’. The movie did not do very well but Jr.NTR established base of his stardom in tollywood with the blockbuster hit movie ‘Student number 1.’ He went on acting in a number of hit movies after that winning two nandi awards, one filmfare best telugu actor award and three cinemaa awards for his performances. Jr.NTR is also the brand ambassador for Malabar Gold, Himani Navratan oil and Zandu balm in Andhra Pradesh.
