P N Ramachander Rao (PNR) is one of the popular directors of Tollywood. P N R born at Chadalawada Village near Tenali Town, in Guntur district of AP on 18th of August 1955.
PNR has developed passion for Cinemas since childhood that made him enter Tollywood as an assistant director for P Chandrasekhar Reddy at the age of 17. PNR’s first film as asst.director was Kottha Kapuram directed by P C Reddy released in the year 1973.
PNR’s first film as director was Sandhya Ragam with Sarath Babu as Hero and was produced by Giri Babu released in the year 1980. He has introduced Actor Suman through the film Aakali Neeku Joharu but Suman’s Tarangini was released first.
P N Rama Chander Rao has introduced Bhanu Chander as hero through the film Merupu Dadi released in the year 1982.
P N Ramachander Rao has also directed many Kanada, Tamil and Malayalam films, including Telugu Movies totaling 45.
