P Suseela born on 13th November 1935 at Vizianagaram (Now district head quarters of Vizianagaram district) in A P.
P Suseela entered the Telugu Cinema in the year 1952.
Her first song as a playback singer was duet with Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao (film:-Kanna Thalli.
Her first song lyrics are “Nuvvu kavali nee navvu kavali under the music direction of Pendyala Nageswara Rao
She was a very busy singer from the year 1950 to 1980. She was a popular playback singer along with P.Leela, Jikki Krishna Veni, Jamuna Rani, Vakkalanka Sarala, L R Easwari, and S Janaki.
She had recorded many private devotional songs in Telugu , Tamil and Kannada.
She had many duets to her credit with Ghantasala in Telugu and with T M Soundera Rajan in Tamil.
P.Suseela along with Telugu films did playback for Tamil, Kanada, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali and Oriya language films.
