Shruthi Hasan visited the popular Chilkur Balaji temple and performed 108 pradakshinas around the shrine. The Chilkur Balaji temple is famous for these pradakshinas which are done by devotees when something that they have wished for has been granted. Shruthi Hasan, who has previously visited the temple, performed 11 pradakshinas. Since she has visited the temple before the release of Gabbar Singh,it can be guessed that she must have wished for the movie to be successful.

And sure enough, it looks like the lord did not disappoint her as Gabbar Singh turned out to be a huge hit. The movie not just became a blockbuster but also got her immense fame making her the most sought after actress in not just tollywood but also in the bollywood. Some T-town producers even consider her as a lucky mascot now.

Shruthi Hasan is currently working on three tollywood movies starring top notch stars which are up for release. Two of these, Ravi Teja’s Balupu and Ram Charan’s Yevadu are releasing this may. The movie ‘Ramayya Vasthavayya’ starring Jr.NTR is going to be releasing this July. She has also bagged two bollywood projects ‘Ramayya Vasthavayya’ of PrabhuDeva which is releasing this year and Kismet Konnection 2, which might be releasing sometime next year.
