5 Things That Make Dhanush’s 50th Movie, Raayan, Special
Raayan, a Tamil Action Thriller, written and directed by Dhanush is releasing Friday, 26th July. It is produced by Kalanithi Maran under his banner Sun Pictures.
Some special aspects about this movie:
- The film features a stellar cast which includes S. J. Suryah, Prakash Raj, Selvaraghavan, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Saravanan.
- The songs and background music is composed by A.R. Rahman. This is the second time Dhanush and A.R.Rahman have collaborated.
- This is the second movie Dhanush has written and directed. His third directorial is also set to be released this year, titled Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam.
- This is the 50th movie for Dhanush as an actor. An important milestone in his career which spans multiple languages, which includes Hollywood movies such as The Gray Man.
