Dasari Narayana Rao is a popular writer, director, actor, journalist, publisher and film producer. Dasari born at Palakullu, in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh on 4th May 1947. He has entered into Telugu Cinema as director through the film Thata Manavadu released in 1972. Most of the films directed by Dasari Narayana Rao carried message oriented family sentiments. He has introduced actor Mohan Babu with the film Swargam Narakam.
