Comedian turned Hero Sunil’s Birthday falls today with the actor turning 39.The actor who made his debut in tollywood with the movie Chirunavutho as a comedian was born in Bheemavaram of East Godavari on feb 28th ,1974. Not many people might know that Sunil entered the field as a dancer. He acted for the first time as a hero in the movie Andala Ramudu in 2007.
Sunil who has acted till now in 150 odd films is known popularly for his punch ,diction and delivery of dialogues. The role that got him tremendous fame is the one in Manmadhudu where he plays a guest in Ranganaths house. The dialogue “Nanna nenu pump-pellikuthuru jump”of Sunil is a dialogue that has become highly popular in the movie.
Dhee, Nuvvu naaku nachav, Malleswari are some more movies where he performs unforgettably with dialogues that still ring in our ears and bring a smile to our face.
Not many might know that he is not only a good friend but also a room mate of Trivikram Srinivas.
He has won Nandi awards twice, fot the films Nuvvu nenu and Andhrudu. He has also won filmfare award for the film Pedababu.
His first film Andala Ramudu was commercial success. Then came Maryadaramanna which was also commercially successful. He developed a 6 pack body for the movie Poolarangadu. He will next be seen in the soon to be releasing movie Mr.Pellikoduku which is a remake of the hindi movie Tanu weds Manu.He is also rumoured to be acting in the movie Bhale thammudu with Naga chaitanya. Sunil has thus cemented his position as a hero in tollywood.
