In this Telugu remake the main character is portrayed by Nayanthara and directed by Sekhar Kammula.
The trailer run time is 2:48 seconds and it is shown in three segments-
The first part of the trailer is 0:41 seconds where Nayanthara describes about her husband and her relationship with him and how he had been missing for the last ten days.
While showcasing the screen shots of their romance, Nayantara’s character describes the following dialogues-
“Naa Bartha Ajay, Naa Sarvasavam”
“Oka samavasaram(year) ayindi maa pelli ayyi”
“Padi (10) rojulu nunchi kana pinchataledhu”
“Ekkada Vunado, Emi ayipoyado emi artham kavataledhu, Oka mata ledhu, Oka Phone Ledhu.”
“Tana Kosam Pitchi dani laaga Tirugutunaanu, Please Help Cheyyandi”.
With this dialogue, the director’s name appears on the screen- “A Shekhar Kammula Film.”
It is also followed by two more lines on the screen describing the first 40 seconds of the narrative.
“In Old City Hyderabad” and “ Her husband Went Missing.”
The initial 57 seconds sets up the imagination of the audience anticipating what will it yield in the remaining 111 seconds of the trailer.
SECOND PART- (70 SECONDS)
The second part or the mid part of the trailer describes the lead character’s agony and her gumption in search of her lost husband.
She approaches a lady for help and she states-“ I don’t know how to help you anymore.” and in the old city back drop a guy says “Ajay shastri, ikkada evaru raaledu, please check the records madam.”
This establishes that search for her husband is going to be extremely difficult and once again in the back ground Nayantara is heard saying:
“10 days nunchi Ajay kanpichataledu, pitchi daani laaga tirugutunaanu, evariki emi teliyata ledu. Meeru Okare sahayam cheyagalaru , naaku evaru leru, mee kuturu lanti daani baba”. These are the words she utters to a clergy who is shown in the trailer viewing the photograph of her lost husband,
In the next frame, Nayanthara finally decides to approach the police to file a case and the cop nonchalantly says be patient madam, “enduku arustaaru madam? Husband missing anthe kadha roju ki Inni case lu chustaamu.”
Another screen shot or a title re-appears stating
Who will help her…?
She is shown to be friend a cop, Vaibhav in this case to help her to get to the bottom of a solution.
Vaibhav (Saradhi) is shown saying “Anamika garu, Ajay dorukutaadu, memu pattukuntaamu.”
After that, they are shown searching all over for the lost husband in the old city and upon different occurrences or problems, Anamika is shown stating to saradhi, “Emiti saradhi nuvvu kudaa nannu namataledha.” Police also tell her that husband left her and she has been duped and dumped.
Entangled in conspiracy is a new title, which takes the narrative forward.
Here the narrative shows us that no one can be trusted, even the cops and Anamika are accused of hiding some important information.
Cop 2: “Nannu Kadhani , ee case oka inch kadhaladhu.”
Pasupathy of kuselan fame plays an encounter specialist is heard stating to anamika-“Meeru tegaa alochinche brain vundaadu, mee husband case vundaadu, meeru vundaaru.” In the next scene another cop questions Anamika and he slaps her when she says “ I don’t have him.”
The gist of this middle part of 70 seconds describes that everyone is portraying web of lies and no one is innocent.
THIRD PART-
The last thirty seconds of the trailer increases the tempo of the movie and Anamika is shown taking the blessings of goddess Durga. It also signifies that she has decided to take law into her own hands in solving the problem.
Summary-
The trailer is quite interesting and cut beautifully. It is shown in three segments- first part describing about the marriage and the missing of her husband. Second part describes about Anamika coming down to old city and seeking civilians as well as cops assistance in finding her missing husband; It also describes that lot of people are involved in this case and lot of information is being hidden rather than being shared.
