Ananya is a talented actress with traditional looks and big attractive eyes. She appears in Malayalam movies, Kollywood(Tamil Film Industry) and Tollywood movies. Her birth name is Ayilya Nair and Ananya is her stage name. She was born on 29th March 1987 in Kothamangalam, Kerala. Her father Gopalakrishnan Nair is a popular film producer in Malayalam Film Industry and her mother is Praseetha and has a brother Arjun Nair who is pursuing his studies. Ananya pursued a B.A.degree in Communicative English at St. Xavier’s Collage, Aluva,Kerala. She is married to Mr. Anjaneyan, an entrepreneur based at Trichur on 3rd February in 2012. She appeared as a child artist in one of her father’s own production ‘ Pai Brothers’ in 1995. She made her debut as heroine in 2008 in the Malayalam film’Positive’ and debuted in Kollywood with the movie ‘Naadodigal’. Here her name was changed from Ayilya to Ananya . Her first film in Tollywood was ‘Amayakudu’ in which she was paired opposite Krishnudu in 2011,it was produced by Balamurugan M, Anil S Nayar, Sudharshan Sharma under Octagan Movies banner and directed by Bharathi Ganesh. Her second movie is ‘Intinta Annamayya’ produced by Yalamanchali Sai Babu and directed by Darsakendra K.Raghavendra Rao and music scored by M.M.Keeravani. She is paired opposite to Revanth a debut hero and also the son of this movie producer. This movie is releasing on 14th June 2013.
