Kadiri Venkata Reddy, popularly known as K.V.Reddy is a writer, director,producer of Early Telugu Cinema.
K.V.Reddy was born on 01.07.1912at Tadipathri village in Ananthpur district in Andhra Pradesh
He was a Science Graduate from Madras (now Chennai).
He worked in Vahini Studios as a Cashier in the year 1938.
He was known for his ponieer work in Social and fantasy movies.
His first movie was Bhaktha Potana as a director.Pathala Bhairavi, Maya Baazar, Pedda Manusulu, Pellinati Pramaanalu, Jagadekaveeruni Katha, Sathya Harischandra, Sri Krishnarjuna Yuddam and Sri Krishna Sathya are the evergreen movies in Telugu .
Maya Bazaar is an evergreen movie of K.V.Reddy which was Recently converted into colour and was released all over. K.V.Reddy was an expert in script and picturization.
