Overview

A political action drama behind government freebies. The story of the well, which succumbed to political thirst, is the story of the future citizens of India. Arjun [Eeswar], Laxman [Sreenu], Bhasha [Tony], Harish [Rajesh], and Surya [Surya] are studying engineering while staying in the college hostel. They spend their time enjoying life with the scholarships and government freebies that come to their families. Narisimha [Abhimanyu Singh], which aims to fulfill the three generations' desire to become MLAs, runs this junction. If anyone interferes with Narasimha's anger and desire, Karna [Sanjay] kills him and throws him into a well. Major's [BHEL Prasad] daughter, Jyoti [Naina Sarwar], who was killed by Karna's knife, runs a canteen near the college. Jothi and Karna accidentally enter Arjun's life while he is having fun with freebies. Lakshmana becomes a victim of Narasimha's arrogance. Arjun's life turns upside down with the death of his friend.
