Movies With Male Actor In A Female Role
From the times when ANR had done female characters in stage in the days when females were not allowed to act to the later years in which the art of film making evolved there have been a few male actors who have taken the risk of playing a female character on screen and almost all have been received well by the audience . Most of the movies in which this practice is done are in comedy genre . These characters not only have entertained people well but also stood as landmark movies in the career of male actors who played those roles and are remembered even till date. This trend has now come alive again with the movie Laila set to release on 14th Feb 2025 in which Vishwak Sen is playing a female role and it promises to be a laugh riot based on the trailer.
