Rajasri 79th Birth Anniversary Today
Indukuri Ramakrishna Raju (popularly known as Rajasri) was born on 31st of August 1934 at Vizianagaram in Andhra Pradesh. He was a graduate from Vizianagaram.
He was a popular lyricist and dialogue writer. He was an expert for writing lyrics for Telugu films dubbed from Tamil. He became Popular with director Manirathnam’s Tamil films dubbed into Telugu especially with A R Rehman’s music. With developed passion for writing he reached Madras and worked as an assistant to lyricist Pinisetty. He became an assistant director to then busy director Kadaru Nagabhushanam. He has also worked in the story department of great director L V Prasad.
