Ramcharan’s upcoming movie Toofan which is the telugu version of Zanjeer has almost completed filming. The movie has Priyanka Chopra playing the female lead. It is the remake of Amitabh Bachchan’s movie of the 1973. The hindi version will be the debut movie for Ramcharan in bollywood. According to sources, the movie will complete its shooting in four days. The movie is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Apoorva Lakhia is the famous bollywood director for movies like ‘Mission Istanbul’, ‘Shoot out at Lokhandwala’ and ‘Dus Kahaniyan’.

Recently Apoorva Lakhia tweeted saying ‘Last four days left to shoot for zanjeer. looking forward to finally finishing the film soon and moving onto tedious post’. Ramcharan is going to play the role of a powerful cop in this movie. The movie is also going to be starring SriHari, Prakash Raj and Mahi Gill in major roles. Devi Sri Prasad scored music for this movie. The movie is produced by Apoorva Lakhia and Amit Mehra under the banners of  Reliance Entertainment,  Adai Mehra productions and Flying turtles.We will have to wait and watch how Ramcharan will perform in the role that got Amitabh Bachchan a breakthrough in his film career.
