Rushyendramani born on 1st of January 1917 at Vijayawada in Krishna district, A.P. She started her career on stage at the age of 7 years. She has joined Lakshmi Vilasa Nataka Sabha of Kommuru Pattabhi Ramaiah. She was trained under Kapilavai Ramanatha Sastry, she was acted in Chintamani and Savitri dramas.She has moved to the siver screen and acted as Satyabhama in Srikrishna Tulabaram produced by Rajarao Naidu in 1935; she returned home and again started acting in dramas. She joined the Rajarajeshwari Natya Mandali of Kadaru Nagabhushanam and Pasupuleti Kannamba and toured entire Andhra Pradesh. She earned accolades for her portrayal of Prabhavati in Rangoon Rowdi and Narada in Savitri.
Her husband, Javvadi RamaKrishna Rao Naidu is an accomplished musician. She accompanied him to Madras in 1939. RamaKrishna Rao worked as music director for a Tamil film Mathru Bhoomi. His first film was Seeta Rama Jananam in 1942. She has acted in patni in 1942 as Kannagi based on Tamil epic Shilappadikaram. She reached pinnacle in the film world.
