Sashikiran Tikka gained recognition as a talented director with the films Goodachari and Major. He worked as a presenter and screenplay writer for the movie Satyabhama. Queen of Masses Kajal Aggarwal is the heroine, and the film is produced by the Aurum Arts banner. Srinivasa Rao Takkalapelly and Bobby Tikka served as producers. Suman Chikkala directed the movie Satyabhama. Sashikiran Tikka shared the movies highlights on the eve of its grand theatrical release tomorrow.
We premiered the movie Satyabhama yesterday, and there was a good response from those who saw it. The journey of this movie started with the story narrated by our friends Ramesh and Prashanth, who are in the UK. Director Suman and I liked that point and developed it. After finishing the major movie, we wanted to take it on the sets. When we told Kajal the story of Satyabhama, she immediately liked it. Thus, the project began.
I have projects to do as a director and am currently preparing my scripts. That is why I did not direct the movie Satyabhama. Moreover, we want to make more movies under our Aurum Arts banner. But I need experience as a producer. Along with directing, production, and editing are also to be done.
As a movie presenter, I saw another aspect of moviemaking. As a director, I have a reputation for getting the production cast as I say. Now we know what the experiences of the producer of Satyabhama are like. Overall, I learned a lot about the production side and gained a wideangle perspective on filmmaking. Directing is like a mothers work, but being a producer is like a fathers responsibility.
Kajal is very active. I have never seen her tired. During the shooting, her energy gave us all a lot of enthusiasm. Kajals action sequences in this movie are very special and will entertain the audience. Especially, the emotional aspect connects well with the audience. Even though there are many police stories, emotionally, Satyabhama is special. Todays audiences are going to experience fresh storytelling.
Director Suman Chikkala, Sricharan Pakala, and I are all friends. We make movies together. We also worked as a team for the movie Satyabhama. Sumans work as a director is impressive. Our movie will be an investigative thriller, but instead of just catching the case with clues like regular investigative thrillers, the emotion is well worked out in the story.
First, we received a good response to the Glimpses of Satyabhama that we released. Since then, we have made some changes in the scenes. Heroic moves will be in this movie, but they come naturally as part of the storys journey rather than being purposely placed. Kajal has acted in sixty films. The audience will see a new Kajal in Satyabhama.
Apart from Kajal, Naveen Chandra, Prakash Raj, Nagineedu, Harshvardhan, and Ravi Varma played key roles in the movie Satyabhama. Apart from them, some new actors were also involved. The release of this movie will give them a good name. This movie is a team effort; the music director, editor, director, producers, and I have all worked together. Mythri Movie Makers are releasing our movie in Nizam. Dheeraj Mogilineni releasing it in AP. Saregama is releasing it overseas. Overall, including OTT, our film got a good response from the trade.
Nandamuri Balakrishna garu participated in our movie trailer launch. I am happy that he won with a good majority in the recent AP election results. Sesh and I had earlier thought that Goodachari 2 should be directed by someone else. Mahesh Babu has acted as presenter in the movie Major. We want to show Satyabhama to him.
I will soon announce my next project as a director. I will do movies in multiple genres.
