 South India Celebrates 100 Years of Indian Cinema

Indian Cinema is celebrating the completion of its 100 years on screens. The south Indian Cinema consisting of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada have joined hands to celebrate the occasion ‘100 years of Indian Cinema’ on large scale at Chennai. Initially 12th,13th and 14th of July 2013 were the dates confirmed for the event But Postponed September 2013. The latest news is that Mr.Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India, Union Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi along with all 4 State Governors to participate in the Festival. Producer, Director and the President of Andhra Film Chamber, Mr. Thammareddy Bharadwaj said that they have plans for erecting stalls in Hyderabad connected to Telugu movie information for a week during those days of event.T he Chamber is going for a Permanent Library to store all information related to Telugu Film Industry.The Venue and other details of events for the celebrations will be announced shortly.
