Sri Rama Rajyam is a Mythological Film based on the Uttharakanda of Ramayanam. To be precise this is the story from Ramayana after the Ravana samhara and also after the Pattabhishekam of Sri Rama and Sita.
Producer: Yelamanchali Saibabu has produced Sardar Dharmanna(1987) with Krishnam Raju and Mohan Babu in lead roles and Veedekkadi mogudandi(2001)directed by E V V Sathyanarayana.. on Sri Saibaba Movies banner. His third venture as producer is Sri Rama Rajyam.
Director: Bapu a great artiste and cartoonist has made his entry as director to Telugu Cinema with”Sakshi”.The mythological hit Sampoorna Ramayanam was directed by Bapu. The Movie “Sita Kalyanam is a master piece with Bapu’s artistic touch. Now for the movie Sri Ramarajyam, he is creating it as a master piece. Bapu is a Srirama bhaktha and we can expect his best through this film.
Balakrishna has played the role of Sri Rama. Hope he will prove to the cine goers that he has the talent for the role of Sri Rama being son of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao the great mythological film hero.

The great Akkineni Nageswara Rao is Valmiki in this film.
Brahmanandam is Chakali Thippadu in the film
Srikanth, Muralimohan, Baliah, Raghunatha Reddy, Saikumar, Jayasudha, K R Vijaya and others in supporting roles.
