Actor Nani stepping on Success
The dynamic young Actor Nani has been confident to establish his face in Tollywood. Actor Nani gained huge name and fame step by step with his talent in Tollywood. He is from our city Hyderabad. His name is Naveen Babu Ghanta and was called as Nani on the stage. Just like any other student he did his schooling from St.Alphonsus and studied in Narayana Junior College, S.R.Nagar and graduated from Wesley’s Secunderabad.
The Actor was completely interested in Industry . He worked as an Assistant Director with Srinu Vaitle and Bapu, before working as an RJ for World Space Satellite in Hyderabad. He was keenly interested in film industry from his graduation time, he had great influence of Mani Ratnam on him.
He initially wanted to become a director,with the help of producer Anil , who was a distant relative of his, Nani could join director Bapu as a ‘clap director’ for the film Radha Gopalam that Anil was producing at that time. He then worked for films including Allari Bullodu,Dhee and Asthram. Nandini Reddy, a friend who was then working as a radio jockey for World Space Satellite, offered Nani work as an Rj.
He accepted and worked for one year, did a programme called ‘Non-Stop Nani’. An advertisement, featuring him, led to his first acting assignment in ”Ashta Chamma”. The director of this film Mohan Krishna Indragnti noticed him in an advertisement. Since then, Nani has appeared in many films, including two Tamil films.
His success followed up through his second filmwhich was Ride .It was produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. In the year 2011 Ala Modalaindi another romantic comedy was written and directed by Nandini Reddy. The film was a super hit and become a critical success.
Nani was the face and he made up his own identity through his skills and efforts .Nani’s performance in the film received positive reviews that he was completely natural in playing the role Nani ‘s famous movie Eega which S.S.Rajamouli directed was a mega hit. His role in Gautham Menon’s Yeto Velli Poyindhi Manasu opposite Samantha received much appreciation. This film was released in regional languages like Hindi ,Telugu and Tamil.The film will also be screened at Cannes International Film Festival on May 20th.
His personal life is also springing with Happiness through his lady love Anjana Yelavarthy.
Nani, got engaged on 12th August 2012, to his girlfriend of five years, Anjana Yelavarthy . He is a happy blessed man. They exchanged rings in a simple ceremony in Vizag which was attended by both families. His wedding with Anjana was held on 27th October 2012, in a private ceremony in Vizag.
This is just a beginning for Nani . He has greater potential to win hearts of audience .
Nani’s upcoming movies Paisa, which is directed by Krishna Vamsi and Actress Catherine Tresa are starring opposite him in this movie.
Another movie is where Nani is starring opposite Amala Paul in Janda Pai Kapiraju which was directed by Samuthirakani and produced by K.S.Sreenivasan.
