Vijay Devarakonda,a commerce graduate with passion for writing and acting entered as an actor in the small screen.He has debuted in to Tollywood with a small role in the movie ‘Nuvvila’ released in 2011.He became very popular and a busy actor with the success of ‘Pelli Choopulu’ movie released in 2016.He stabilized his position as actor in Tollywood with the movie ‘Arjun Reddy’.Now he is the much sought after hero after ‘Geetha Govindam’(2018). He has impressed with his action with recently released movie ‘NOTA’ which failed at the box-office.Now he is back on to screens with a thriller movie ‘Taxiwala. Now it is time to review his acting style in ‘Taxiwala’ to find out how much successful he is going to be at the box-office.
Story:
Siva(Vijay Devarakonda) an unemployed young man reaches Hyderabad in hunt for a job. He stays with his uncle and with his help tries for a suitable job . He could not get a job to his taste. So he purchases a second hand car and becomes proud owner as well driver. He runs this as taxi.The entry of car in to his life changes his life style. When every thing is going on smoothly he finds that a devil is in his car. It also kills a doctor(Utthej). Now Siva is little worried and meets the person who sold him the car.There he finds a professor who is almost in the verge of his death. This professor reveals him the details about the devil.What is the flash back story of the devil? Why it killed the doctor.Why the professor is in serious condition?Who is the actual previous owner of the car? Rest of the story may by watched on Silver screens.
Devarakonda has lived in the role in his own style.He is also good in romantic scenes. Taxiwala will surely elevate the stance of Vijay Devarakonda as a successful hero.
The director his tried his best and presented the story with situation comedy.Any horror movie will be impressive if the screenplay is strong.The director taken the old story,added with comedy with a solid script.The comedy sense of actor Devarakonda has made the movie interesting.Climax is very emotional. Music is routine. Cinematography and editing are the plus points for the movie. All other actors have done well their given roles.
This week end this thriller may entertain you with fresh comedy.This can be rated as a family entertainer. This is a once watch movie.
