The veteran director Singeetham Srinivasa Rao is back again in Tollywood with the movie titled as Welcome Obama. The story line is on relationship of a Western cultured girl with a family on the banks of Godavari. Sanjeev, Urmila, Rachel, Niranjani are in the main cast. Story, screen-play, dialogues, Music and Direction by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. Akasa Veedhilo was the last Telugu movie of Singeetham Srinivasa Rao as director with Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead released in the year 2001. S S Darshan has handled the camera. Varma is the Art director. S Bharathi Krishna is the producer on Sandalwood Media Banner.
The movie has completed all its  post production activities and is ready in search of a release date. The premier show of ‘Welcome Obama’ was screened recently at Hyderabad.Dasari Narayanarao, Parachuri Gopalakrishna were the guests for the premier show.

Dasari Narayana Rao said that Singeetham Srinivasa Rao always think in a different way than others. He always think 10 to 15 years ahead. He appreciated the director for making the film.

Paruchuri Gopalakrishna said that the sentiments and commercial elements are mixed and presented well on the screen.

Singeetham Srinivasa Rao Said that he is happy with the comments and appreciaton of Dasari.He felt a festive atmosphere when the greats have praised the movie. He said that the movie is complete and is quite satisfied to the respnse for the recently released audio.

The producer said that they are very shortly going for the Censor screening.Once the Censors clear the movie the release date will be announced.
