GMB stands for Ghatmaneni Mahesh Babu, but come festive season of sankranti, the initials have a totally different meaning for the viewers of the state as it stands for Grand Master of Box office.  The super star’s much anticipated movie 1-nenokkidane is all set to be released on 10^th of January. Another co-incidence of the movie is the title 1 and its releasing on the first month and if we add up the date it is also 1.

Mahesh babu’s much anticipated movie 1-nenokkadine is all set for release on 10^th of this month. With this the super star bags a hat trick of releases for the festive season of sankranti. In 2012 and 2013 the star had businessman and SVSC respectively released during the festival. The previous two releases were declared as box office hits and let us hope with 1 he also bags the title of delivering three straight hits during sankranti.
Young super stars tussle at the box office-
During 2013, Ram charan opened  sankranti and the new year with a run away hit nayak and superstar Mahesh opened the festive season with SVSC-(seethamma vakitlo sirimalle chettu). Now, fast forward to 2014, the young stars are at it again with yevadu and 1-nenokkadine. We hope both movies repeat  the same success as last year and become cult movies and revive the box office numbers.
Peddodu love towards Chinnodu-
As we are all well aware by now that Mahesh babu and venkatesh acted in the blockbuster SVSC during 2013 sankranti. The names on screen for the actors for that film were chinnoda and peddodaa respectively. Now, if we co-relate those names into real life from reel life, the mantle of sankranti hero has been handed over to Mahesh (chinnodu) from Venkatesh (peddodu). Now, let us elaborate on this Venkatesh was always known to churn out hits after hits during the festival and the trend even continued till last year with svsc and body guard in 2012. Mahesh babu, must have realized the importance of this festival and has started his own trend in 2012 and 2013 with businessman and svsc and now with 1-nenokkadine. So, the bromance between the super stars has surely translated beyond the reel life. Kudos, to both the stars and we wish them well.
