Kasinathuni Vishwanath, who is popularly known as K.Vishwanath, is a popular film director and an actor of Tollywood.

K Vishwanath born on 9th Feburary at Repalle in Andhra Pradesh in the year 1930.
He started his career as a technician in a studio at Chennai and then worked as an Assistant Director for Adurthi Subba Rao.
His entry as a director in Tollywood is with the film’ Athama Gowravam’ and also won Nandi Award afor the best direction for this film.
The main themes of his movies are focussed on art, music and dance.
He directed many movies like Sagara Sangamam, Shankarabharanam, Siri Siri Muvva, Siri Vennela, Swarna Kamalam, Swathi Muthyam, and Swayam Krushi are evergreen movies in the history of Telugu Cinema.
His movie ‘Swathi Muthyam’ won accolades at Asia Pacific Film Festival in both ‘Best film’ and ‘Best Actor’ categories.
