Sobhu Yarlagadda clarifies on Baahubali story

SS Rajamouli’s prestigious movie ‘Baahubali’ facing a controversy as a legal complaint was lodged by a Karnataka based Bhatta Kalakar Soudha Swamiji Matt, a Jain Mutt . They feel that the movie title is hurting their religious sentiments as according to their dharma Baahubali means Gomateswara , who is a symbol for peace and sacrifice, but the trailers of ‘Baahubali’ movie are very violent.

One of the producers of the movie , Sobhu Yarlagadda clarifies that the movie is not based on Jain story or any other  religious book , it is purely a fiction story , which was written by V.Vijayendraprasad.

At present the shooting is going on in Ramoji Film City and some war scenes are being shot. Prabhas, Anushka and Rana are in the lead roles . The movie release is scheduled in 2015.
