Trailer Review: Aaha Kalyanam

It is very exciting to see a telugu movie start off with the Yash Chopra trademark of introductory tune and that’s how the very beginning of Aaha Kalyanam, the first ever Yash Chopra production in Telugu is special. And then, the story takes off in the trailer and resembles in every single way to Band Baaja Baarat. Nani although has brought in a freshness and a uniqueness of his own, Vani Kapoor’s mannerisms remind us a lot of that of Anushka Sharma’s.

The couple looks very cute and share an amazing chemistry with each other. The story looks very engaging too and might even beat Jabardasth, the unofficial remake of Band Baja Baarat as it looks to be a lot many shades more interesting than that. We shouldn’t forget that the movie is a bilingual and hence naturally has a lot of Tamilness to it in some parts. But then somehow, the trailer tends to give you a feeling that Aaha Kalyanam, is definitely going to be a hit despite the fact that it has been made so many times.
