Thank You to Udaya Bhanu Garu for Believing in My Talent and Giving Me an Opportunity: Fashion Designer Bhavana Polepalli
Popular anchor, actress and producer Udaya Bhanu, who has produced a few projects in the past, has turned producer for a series for the first time. She has passionately produced the six-episode series Panchanama, which is now streaming on ZEE5 from 11th September . Directed by Mohan Srivatsa, Panchanama recently held a preview press meet ahead of its streaming release. At the press meet, producer Udaya Bhanu spoke about fashion designer Bhavana Polepalli, who worked on the costumes for the series.
Udaya Bhanu said, βEven after completing her work, Bhavana stayed on the sets because she liked the content and was very passionate about the series. She supported me a lot throughout the shoot. Usually, people complete their work and leave, but Bhavana stayed back because of her passion. The industry needs more young people like her. With her hard work and dedication, she will reach great heights in life.β
Speaking on the occasion, fashion designer Bhavana Polepalli said, βI have previously worked on Ugly Story to some extent, as well as films like Life and Thank You Dear. I provided costumes for those projects as well. Udaya Bhanu Garu recognized my hard work and gave me complete freedom on the sets. I am truly grateful to her for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.β
βI sincerely thank producer Udaya Bhanu Garu, her husband Vijay Garu, Udaya Bhanu Productions, the production team, ZEE5, director Mohan Srivatsa Garu, Chief Co-Director Balakrishna Garu and the entire technical team for supporting me.β
βI personally witnessed the many challenges a woman producer has to face. I worked very hard for this series because I wanted to give my best. The film industry already has many women directors, and I hope more women producers also come forward in the future.β
βPanchanama is streaming on ZEE5 from 11th September . I hope audiences watch the series, support us and recognize the hard work of technicians like us. The support and encouragement from the audience will mean a lot to all of us, Bhavana said.
